Mid Autumn Festival......
Oh....today its Mid Autumn Festival... Didnt really feel the atmosphere... its just any other day... haha... something SERIOUSLY UPSET happen right in the morning... i already woke up very early and waited for bus service 966 at the Woodlands Bus Interchange... i was there at 6.35am...and waited till 7.12am... AND THERE IS STILL NO BUS.. are the drivers on STRIKE? or the staff FELL ASLEEP? No staff even bother to come to explain why was there a delay...Shouldnt the staff monitor the situation at every bus bay... Must they wait until we (the passenger / customer) go to the counter to complain then they take action... Should'nt they adopt the proactive approach instead of the passive... their service seriously need to be REVIEW... especially for the people at the Customer Service Counter... and DARE TO RAISE BUS FARE.. just bcos the petrol cost increase... let the STAKEHOLDERS TAKE LESS PROFIT LA...
And almost half a year ago.. i still remember...also at the Woodlands Bus Interchange.. i wanted to find out which bus service to take to get to Jurong Green CC...so i went to the CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER... guess what that man reply is.. I DON KNOW... He didnt even bother to ask his colleague who was just sitting behind... he didnt even bother to check using any means.. NO EFFORT AT ALL.. is that a CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER... I REMEMBER HIS FACE..
So does anyone knows how to lodge a complaint regarding this...
And next...it happen when i was on my way to Yew Tee CC from office... An elderly lady fell with her face down, hitting her mouth and teeth..while about to board a bus... her mouth was bleeding... but she still look calm and board 135.. she must have either slip or miss a foot... can any responsible organisation find out about it more.. that bus stop is right in front of Roxy Square Mercure Hotel...

well... since today is Mid Autumn... and still got class... i was thinking...get something for the students... since they made an effort to attend instead of spending the day with their parents... so i discuss with Jingfu... instead of getting lantern (not much fun and youths might not enjoy much)... we decide to get that sparklers... hehe... let them have fun ba...
