Walking down my memory lane....

I thought i have forgotten them... forgotten the experience... forgotten my life there... at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3....

I used to stay there... it was where i grew up...from baby... till Sec 4... after that... cos my 2 siblings and I are growing up... thus need bigger area.. and hence we move... to Woodlands....

Well... since i have time... i walk... i walk from Ang Mo Kio Interchange... to Ang Mo Kio Hub... most of the building infrastructure are still there... only a few changes here and there... i still able to find my way around...

As i walked around the whole Ang Mo Kio centre... i also walked to the KFC....it is still THERE... only the interior change... then i crossed the bridge which is just in front of the KFC... will i see someone familiar.. NOPE... I remembered i had a few gatherings inside that KFC and had KFC feast... haha... with who... i forgot... shucks...

Anyway after i crossed the bridge... i saw one of the block... there reside a centre for ANWA... i think so... something for the Asian Female Elderly... anyway... i continued my journey... to my home.. i mean my old home.... Block 129... the Sheng Siong is still there... coffeeshop has changed... the old granny who squat there... selling delicious soon kueh and glutinous rice kueh... are you still around... ah ma... take care...

Walking to the old home... the steps kinda heavy... dun know why.. i actually paid attention to all my steps as i walked closer...

I reached... there... i saw a lot aunties and grannies chit chatting... i remembered everytime i walked pass them to go home or buy something... i will always greet them...without fail...

There i reached... the lift... oh... was it that small... and the lift interior... got 4 buttons now.. haha... it used to be 3 only... i pressed 7 and walked up one more step... cos i stayed at 8th flr last time... i stand at the corrider... and look left and right... no one open its door... i was hoping someone familiar opened the door and i will say HI Auntie Uncle... how are you... nope... all doors are closed... and now then i realised after i look across to the opposite... 8th was so high wor... it was a nice view...then i also remembered... is the 'little boy' still staying inside there... waiting for someone....

i decided to walk down the staircase instead of taking the lift down... i remembered.. that i used to run 2 steps and jumped all the reminder 6 steps down till i reached 1st floor... oh... my Pri schoolmate - Shuliang and his sister Shushan used to stay at level 5... are they still staying there?

When i reached the bottom... i remembered... my mom will fetch us from Ang Mo Kio Pri... to home...

never mind my english.. pieces here and there... same like my memory...

2009年的感想

在过一下就迎接2010新的一年。。。想想一下。。。这几年发生满多事情。。。有好有不好的。。。有其是2009年的国庆日。。。还真累人喔。。。几个小时。。。几个星期。。。几个月的筹备。。。就只为了那几分钟的表演。。。还真是台上一分钟，台下十年功。。但还是值得的。。。因为能够更认识多一些人。。。以及一些人的处事方式。。。如何待人处事。。。如何更管好自己。。。更了解自己。。。

因果。。因果。。。有因就有果。。。无风不起浪。。。这句话还真不假。。。

社会。。。社会。。。随随便便在外面混了一下。。。就放话以对社会了如指掌。。。尽然这样。。。你就去深深探索这个社会吧。。。

亲人的离开。。。工作上的认可。。。新生命的诞生。。。思想上的成长。。。还有很多。。懒得写。。。哈哈。。。因为一时想不起。。。

反正能写多少，就写多少。。。否者。。。我所熟悉的华语。。成语。。就要全部还给谢老师了。。

哈哈。。。居然还有后续。。。可能有人会问。。。为和提谢老师。。。她是谁？可能是因为饮水思源吧。。。谢老师是我德心中学的华文老师。。。她是一位其中印象我很深的人。。。

所以我就把我所有中学的朋友的联络联系在这。。哈哈。。如果忽略你，请多多包涵。。

当然。。。。除了谢老师。。。还有一些值得我一提的李老师。。。Mrs Caroline。。。她的处事方式值得我一学。。。她对所有不同性格的学生。。。不同背景的学生。。。不同年龄的学生的包容。。。还有Mrs Foo。。。Mrs Tahir。。。和梁师父。。。

他们在我一生中，除了父母亲之外。。也占了我脑海中的一席之地。。。也可以说他们是我的启蒙老师。。。我一路上的路标。。。

Oh....today its Mid Autumn Festival... Didnt really feel the atmosphere... its just any other day... haha... something SERIOUSLY UPSET happen right in the morning... i already woke up very early and waited for bus service 966 at the Woodlands Bus Interchange... i was there at 6.35am...and waited till 7.12am... AND THERE IS STILL NO BUS.. are the drivers on STRIKE? or the staff FELL ASLEEP? No staff even bother to come to explain why was there a delay...Shouldnt the staff monitor the situation at every bus bay... Must they wait until we (the passenger / customer) go to the counter to complain then they take action... Should'nt they adopt the proactive approach instead of the passive... their service seriously need to be REVIEW... especially for the people at the Customer Service Counter... and DARE TO RAISE BUS FARE.. just bcos the petrol cost increase... let the STAKEHOLDERS TAKE LESS PROFIT LA...

And almost half a year ago.. i still remember...also at the Woodlands Bus Interchange.. i wanted to find out which bus service to take to get to Jurong Green CC...so i went to the CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER... guess what that man reply is.. I DON KNOW... He didnt even bother to ask his colleague who was just sitting behind... he didnt even bother to check using any means.. NO EFFORT AT ALL.. is that a CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER... I REMEMBER HIS FACE..

So does anyone knows how to lodge a complaint regarding this...

And next...it happen when i was on my way to Yew Tee CC from office... An elderly lady fell with her face down, hitting her mouth and teeth..while about to board a bus... her mouth was bleeding... but she still look calm and board 135.. she must have either slip or miss a foot... can any responsible organisation find out about it more.. that bus stop is right in front of Roxy Square Mercure Hotel...

I hope my message gets to someone...

well... since today is Mid Autumn... and still got class... i was thinking...get something for the students... since they made an effort to attend instead of spending the day with their parents... so i discuss with Jingfu... instead of getting lantern (not much fun and youths might not enjoy much)... we decide to get that sparklers... hehe... let them have fun ba...

Didnt do much for them la...just planning to treat them to a dinner earlier and a movie... didnt even plan to tell them we are going to watch a movie...but have to...in case they cant take the coldness in the theater..so informed my mom and dad not to wear shorts to Causeway Point earlier...haha...

Then then...they came..(not in shorts)...but dad dun wan to watch movie...cos if wan, he can watch dvd or vcd...haha... so no more movie....respect their choice since its a treat for them...

So in the end... we just went for a dinner...at Crystal Jade Restaurant...haha...forgot to take photo of the food again...hehe... hmmm.. i ordered Shark Fin, Steam Prawn with Straw Mushroom, Lamb Steak, and a vege...er... YUMMY....haha... The shark fin was big and nice... The prawn are fragrance... The lamb steak was the right chew... and the vege... a bit so so...haha...

Our first National Education performance to start at Marina Bay Floating Platform yesterday... these are some stuff we did...to pass...TIMEEEEEE....

These kids create a game out of batteries...by laying in a impromptu formation... and use a paper crush into a ball... and use finger to flick the ball around the batteries... er.. the CATCH.. i DUN KNOW...lol
Well... we do have studious one.. doing homework... while waiting for the ONE MAN to fix tens, twenties, thirties, forties blah blah number of costume... -_-..

ahem... and as usual.. we have foodies available... Nestle Ice Cream... Ice Milo... Mr Bean Soya Bean Drink or Bandung Flavour Soya Bean Drink or Old Chang Kee...weee... eat eat eat...me TOO...hahaha...

well.. also games of WITS.. thru chess... the game didnt last long... haha.. maybe i can buy some games over... the MOST popular game set in the whole building...PSP... haha...

Its been quite a long time since i last blog... been too busy lately..in a good way... somehow.. i am glad i was kept busy... with many different type of works at hand... its keep my mind working... thinking.. pondering... how to get it done... for this matter...or how to get it done for another matter...i have many ideas.... that arise from my works...but sadly can't get it done.. cos busy lor... lol...

few weeks... saw this Hong Kong serial show... this magazine reporter aged 20 plus was suddenly diagnosed with last stage of cancer.. yes.. it was sudden news to her... so she was super sad.. that she is still young and she has many things to do... with only 3 months of lifespan left... if i will to look on the other side... she... get to know when she will be gone... while others are still living and living..without knowing when we will go...hmmmm...

Yes.. for those who are unaware or not sure of the chinese custom... well.. for those who knew... my grandma just passed away few weeks ago... so one of the custom is.. no house visit for 100 days.... i not sure whether is it a general custom or meant for teo chew custom.. cos my grandma is from teo chew clan... then other things is cannot shave or cut hair for 100 days except 1st or 15th of the month (following the lunar calendar)... then cannot wear red or yellow shirt for 100 days too...

Thou i not the son, i just the grandson, i will try to follow la... but shaving or hair cut is a no-no.. i cant follow... cos i have to maintain my image... bcos i got teach in school de ma... keke...

Well...recently my company Martial House got to perform for the above event... We spent quite some time.. trying to get all the moves...haha... I just simply had difficulties... remember the movements...hearing the ryhthm...blah blah... no easy lei.. haha...

And it is open to the public lei... its at Cavenagh Bridge and Singapore River... well.. its over ler.. haha.. finished ler then i blog...lol... then...need to put on MAKE UP...AHHHHH... i never put on so much make up before...

Yesterday..or should I say on Sat to be more exact... I jio-ed this MJ (Meridian JC) chap... His name is Ken.. for a swim.. cos after i graduated from NYP.. I have not had a dip for a very long time... and i MEAN dip.. lol... cos i don really know how to swim.. i can only swim for a very short distance.. lets say.. less than half a breadth.. wahaha.. WA LAU... Anthony.. don know how to swim then still JIO people, right? haha... anyway.. We really went for swim.. kk.. He SWAM.. i DIPPED.. then.. after a while.. he told me that the deepest is only 1.8.. which he further explained its just slightly taller than me nia.. so should be not a problem for me.. then he encouraged me to waddle from one end to the other end... (NOTE: I always waddle from one end to the other end if i am at the side of the pool).. then this time.. i am at the center.. well.. he did told me he got silver in swimming.. so i was a bit at ease and waddled lor.. then i think he see that i cant cope well.. he asked me to hold on the rope... then as i waddled to the center which is the deepest.. PROBLEM COMES.. I PANIC.. i cant swim.. and i helpess.. i kept choking as i swallowed some pool water... then the more panic i get.. the more i felt i am sinking.. Ken was just in front of me.. so i kept waving to him .. i wanted to shout help.. but cant.. then i heard him saying.. kick your leg.. relax.. let yourself float as you kick... i tried... it worked.. and failed.. and worked.. Ken didnt come closer.. he just wanted me to keep on trying ba.. so i keep kicking... holding on to the rope (TIGHT)... and pulled myself to the other end.. OH MY GOD... i reached... i thought i am going to HEAVEN.. I was panting for breathe once i reach.. ahhh... KEN.. you ah.. i going to REWARD you nicely.. wahaha
OH.. recently i have been practising for a dance.. for an event.. Its call Asia on the Edge.. well.. i been practising the moves.. seriously.. i trying my best to remember the moves.. the musics.. the beats.. its so not easy.. for a NON-DANCER like me.. haha.. well.. they requested that we do not wear our spectacles.. and preferable wear contact lens.. I tried.. earlier.. around 5pm.. i like this shop near my house.. and purchased the above box.. its a daily usage.. got 30 pairs.. er... i tried for almost more than ONE HOUR.. just to put on one side.. its so tring sia.. not only my hands.. also my eyes.. have to keep pulling my eyelids open.. and make sure the eye lashes don interrupt.. maybe i got LONG EYELASHES... haha.. and finally.. DID it.. i shall wear it tomorrow..

ER.. i reached home around 6.30pm.. my parents came home around 7pm.. until now... 8.30pm.. they haven realised I DIDNT WEAR MY SPECTACLE... lets wait.. haha

Its still early for the next class..previous class at Clementi ends at 3.30pm.. next class at Chao Chu Kang begins at 8pm...ahhh..headache sia.. do what do what...Go National Library??? a bit far.. go swimming.. no bath foam, towel, facial wash etc... go gym... hmmm.. i want to go with someone.. (keke)...

In the end.. go to Choa Chu Kang.. Lot 1... walk walk... and now sitting in New York New York.. Oh GOSH.. i ordered this waffle with peach and ice cream.. ahhh.. its good combination sia... The waffle is about 3 to 4 cm thick... its thick but soft and fluffy... yet outside is crispy.. and its WARM.. ahhh.. the butter taste not strong.. so the waffle itself is a great piece of dessert.. then with vanila ice cream... cold..and the peach.. the peach is warm too.. i think they heat it up ba.. and the peach syrup.. its not so sweet.. but its creamy.. its so nice... and now i am FULL... full to my stomach.. full to my taste bud.. full to my heart...

Thats me..Thats me.. haha.. Actually i forgot to pay lar.. I went to eat with Jingfu this afternoon.. Simin didnt come cos she say she don wan to eat..but i believe she just want to finish up the project fast.. anyway.. Jingfu and i ate.. then we chatted.. about someone.. his IRRESPONSIBILITY.. about how he ACTUALLY SAID ONE THING but do another.. sigh.. in FRONT of me.. so PATHETIC.. must you ACT..BIG.. I no longer believe what you say.. no more.. You cant be TRUSTED.. anyway.. we were talking.. then.. talked and walked out the shop at the same time.. then continue walking.. until up the escalator.. i heard a HELLO...a bit LOUD.. i find funny, wierd.. and something is wrong.. questions flows in my mind.. who is calling? I look back.. no one.. wait.. Did we pay when we left the shop?? then I walked back.. saw the Owner and staff looking puzzled at one another and look at us... AHHH... WE NEVER PAY AND WALK OFF... darn.. this has never happen before...

We apologise and...ahem..walk off..

The more i try to do things right.. the more i try to set things right.. the more i lost track of what i wanted initially.. to the extend i feel everyone owe me something.. I know this is the mentality i should not have.. but i just cant help it.. i just been to tire recently... 7 days wake up early and sleep late..

today i went for an early dinner.. then ACTUALLY most DOZE OFF after finish.. i never been so tired before.. and when i go to the class... i had to look other things.. one student IGNORE me.. two CRAZY students like see GHOST like that.. hide here hide there.. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM? then have to go down take things..

I am so tired that i don wan to go anywhere else today.. then last thing.. he is not going home with me.. he didnt tell me.. and i wait there.. and wait.. i know its not looong.. but waited for 5 mins.. i know something wrong.. so i went to look for him.. he is not going home immediately.. didnt i tell him i be going home with him together.. since he is not.. why didnt he say so...

Finish one class at 3pm... after which i didnt go home to slack... instead i went looking around... scouting Marsiling area for any shops on sale or for rent... walk for about an hour ba... that Marsiling is seriously big.. i figure got at least minimum 40 shops... and its all occupied.. meaning no shops... sigh... then i went to CCK Lot 1 CCK library... thinking maybe find a power source then use laptop to do some work... but no where in sight.. well.. suddenly thought of finding some chinese martial arts books.. VOILA... a lot.. really a lot.. and found some good reference.. weee... but i didnt borrow.. but i got copy down.. stay till 5pm.. then make my way slowly to CCK.. waiting for tonight class to stay.. so i go have dinner first.. when i go up.. a.... Jiangda is there.. even more early than ma... diao.. wonder what has he been doing...
